At CDNIS, Athletics plays a vital role in student life, promoting participation, enjoyment and success across a wide range of sports. Our programmes inspire students to develop lifelong healthy habits, discover their passions and strive for personal and team excellence.

Students compete in three major international school leagues:

South East Asia Student Activities Conference (SEASAC)

Includes 16 schools across the region and represents the highest level of competition for our athletes.

Hong Kong School Sports Federation (HKSSF)

Oversees inter-school sports in Hong Kong, with nearly 500 secondary schools participating across multiple sports.

International Schools’ Sports Federation of Hong Kong (ISSFHK)

CDNIS is a founding member,
with 40+ international schools competing.

Our sports season spans four competitive seasons, offering 20+ sports for students aged U12, U14, U16 and U20, with age determined by their age on September 1 of the academic year.
