Measurement of Academic Progress (MAP)

Transition Years Students will be completing MAP tests in Reading, Language Usage, and Mathematics from Monday, September 27 to Monday, October 4. These tests help us to measure students' progress and to identify how we can support individual students. Students are not expected to study or practice in advance of the test as it is meant to assess what they currently know and can do. We do encourage students to get a good night's sleep and have a good breakfast so that they are alert and ready for the test. If you are not familiar with MAP testing, here are slides with some basic information. Once all students have completed their MAP tests results will be uploaded to the parent portal. We will inform you when you can view your child's results.
